AI is in trend these days! Everywhere people are talking about AI - sometimes chatbots, sometimes self-driving cars, and sometimes your phone's voice assistant that starts talking without you even asking. But one question that most people keep asking is: "Can AI think like us?" Meaning, a machine can not just do one thing, but can also do all the intelligent tasks like we do! We call this level of AI Artificial General Intelligence (AGI).
AGI: When AI will start behaving like humans?
If you look at different levels of AI, you will find that there are three major categories:
ANI (Artificial Narrow Intelligence) – It does only one specific task. Like Google Translate or chess-playing bots.
AGI (Artificial General Intelligence)—This AI can perform all kinds of tasks like humans, such as writing songs or running a business!
ASI (Artificial Super Intelligence) – This AI will be smarter than humans! That means even Elon Musk will say, "Enough man, now AI can defeat me too!"
Till now we have not reached AGI, but research is going on at a fast pace. And if you want to understand AI, then just theoretical knowledge will not work—you will have to learn Python or Java!
Why Python or Java?
The most popular programming languages for developing AI are Python and Java. Both are powerful, but Python is a little more popular for AI and ML. Why?
Python is easy and perfect for beginners!
Ready-made libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch are available for AI.
Means, a little coding, and more magic! 🚀
Java is also used a lot, especially for big enterprise applications and high-performance AI systems. So if you want to become a solid AI engineer, it is a good idea to learn both languages!
Want to learn AI? Where to start?
If you want to understand AI and AGI, the first step is to learn Python or Java. Then you can learn to build AI models, do machine learning projects and maybe even contribute to the development of AGI one day!
What do you think? Will machines one day become as intelligent as humans? Or are we just thinking in a science fiction world? 😃 Contact us and let us know! If you want to learn AI, then it's time to master Python and Java! 🚀
